Strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have for long-term health, but only when it's done well. Whether you want ongoing support or simply the confidence to train independently, there is a pathway to suit you. All sessions are available at The Everstrong Gym in Ealing, or online.

Strength Start Up

Learn the fundamentals, build confidence, A guided introduction to strength training, delivered individually or shared with one other.. For those new to the gym or unsure where to start: develop the understanding & awareness to train safely & effectively with expert coaching. 

4 week block - option to continue for a second block if needed before progressing.

Strength Foundations Block

Build strength through the fundamental movement patterns. A structured four-week programme to build strength with clarity & direction. Work through the fundamental movement patterns — squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull - & leave with the confidence and a written programme to train independently in any gym.

Technique Check-In

A focused session to troubleshoot a specific lift, refine technique, or address discomfort. esigned for those already training independently who want occasional expert input, technique refinement, progression guidance, or support troubleshooting discomfort.
