My Philosophy
At Shaw Lifestyle, my work is rooted in empowering you to live a healthier, more balanced life. This begins with exploring the core components of wellness: movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and stress management. All our offerings will help guide you towards creating a lifestyle that feels good both physically & mentally.
I am passionate about delivering simple, actionable advice that seamlessly integrates into real life, whilst guiding you through the sort of movement and fitness routine that is best suited to YOU.
My Journey
After many years of teaching dance — from 3-year-olds to professionals — I gradually transitioned into the world of fitness. I’m a Master Personal Trainer & Comprehensive Pilates coach, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am also a Nutritional Advisor & Certified Coach, a qualified Mental Health First Aider & Meditation Coach. When I’m not working with my own clients, you’ll find me tutoring and assessing fitness professionals, supporting them on their journeys as Personal Trainers &/or Pilates & Reformer instructors.
My own preferred training is strength training to maintain muscle (which is crucial at my age!) and all things Pilates, firstly for mindful movement, and secondly to ensure precision and safety when working with weights. For me, this is the magical combination that keeps me on track & I truly believe it can do the same for you too.
