Shaw Lifestyle does not store your full card details. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their own privacy policy.

d) Health Information

If you become a client, you will be asked to complete a PAR-Q or similar health questionnaire. This is sent separately by email and not collected via the website.

This health information is considered special category data and is processed:

  • With your explicit consent

  • For the purpose of providing safe and appropriate training services

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
