What to expect...

This initial meeting—available either face to face or online—is an essential first step before beginning any of my movement-based programmes, including Pilates, Strength Training, or Corrective Exercise. It is a relaxed, open conversation focused on what you hope to achieve, alongside gaining a clear picture of your current lifestyle and movement or exercise habits. Depending on your individual goals, the session may also include elements of movement analysis or postural assessment, though this is not always necessary. Above all, this first step is about truly listening. Understanding your needs from the outset allows me to design a programme that is built entirely around you—from start to finish. Your needs, your goals, and a plan that is genuinely bespoke.
