These sessions are designed with the same level of detail and intention as studio work. Clear instruction, careful observation and genuine teaching; not a workout to follow along to. Each class builds on the last, giving you a consistent practice that actually develops over time.

This is not a fitness app. It is not a YouTube video. It is a guided weekly practice led by a Comprehensive Pilates Coach with over 30 years of experience, available to you wherever you are in the world.

Choose a drop-in session or a practice pass. You will receive Zoom access details by email straight after booking.

JOIN LIVE OR REPLAY LATER

Attend live on Tuesdays via Zoom or access the recording at any point during the following 7 days.

Use the sessions week by week to support strength, mobility, awareness and movement confidence over time.

WHO THIS PRACTICE IS FOR

You do not need to be a Pilates person.

This practice may suit you if:

You want a more thoughtful approach to movement. You prefer quality over intensity. You are returning to exercise and want somewhere considered to start. You want to improve strength and mobility at home. You spend long periods sitting or working at a desk. You are navigating midlife changes and want movement that supports that. You already attend Pilates and want an additional weekly practice. You value detailed coaching and clear guidance over general fitness content.

No previous Pilates experience is needed. Options and modifications are offered throughout every session.
