Beginning with the basics, we will gently unpack what may be holding you back or contributing to these ongoing issues. Together, we’ll explore the root cause and start to reshape movement patterns in a way that builds strength, confidence, and resilience—remembering that injuries are often our greatest teachers. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, my first priority is to truly see the body in front of me, regardless of age or fitness level. Through detailed observation and open conversation, we develop a clear understanding of what your body needs, allowing us to create a programme that is entirely tailored to you.
